ABOUT SIG TAU- ALPHA PSI CHAPTER
In 1956, the Alpha Psi Chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma was founded at Penn State. The fraternity has existed at several locations: 329 E. Beaver, 142 McCallister St, 243 S. Pugh St, and the current residence at 500 S. Allen St. We currently live at one of the newest houses in the Greek community, just a short walk from campus. Sig Tau is a social fraternity involved in Greek, campus, and community events.

Sigma Tau Gamma NationalsSigma Tau Gamma is a national college fraternity founded in 1920 by veterans of the First World War. Founded as a society of men who endeavor to promote the highest ideals of manhood, brotherhood and citizenship, its members dedicate themselves to a set of six Principles: Value, Learning, Leadership, Excellence, Benefit, Integrity.

Altoona ColonyIn 2005, a new colony of Sigma Tau Gamma was founded at Penn State Altoona Campus. Sig Tau Alpha Psi is the only fraternity at Penn State that allows brothers from another chapter to affiliate at University Park.
